| Assist the PTO Executive Team with implementing the existing Sponsorship Program. Committee will socialize this key program within our community and will contact local businesses to collect donations and highlight our sponsors through media and PTO events. Without the supports of our sponsors the PTO would not be able to continue supporting our schools programs and events. | |
| Welcome and Social Committee | School year |
| Help welcome new families into the district and bring parents together! This committee works closely with the PTO’s VPs and President to create welcome yard signs, D53 letters, a small welcome social for new families and informal parent/social events throughout the year. | |

| Leads decide and plan for staff holiday gifts, parent-teacher conference grab in go lunch/dinners, teacher appreciation week activities, food, small gifts. | |
| Parent Social | Alternates every other year with Carnival |
| Largest fundraiser of the year that includes the annual auction. Lead organizers and committees decide on location and theme, and create a unique evening. All D53 Parents and staff are invited to mingle, connect, and enjoy a fun evening! | |

| Largest fundraiser of the year that includes the annual auction. This family fun event includes carnival games, prizes, and food. Lead organizer and committee connects with the Butler Junior High and Buildings and Grounds to plan this tradition. |
