| Trunk or Treat | October 2024 |
| Fall festivity for families to decorate Halloween themed trunks and hand out fun treats to Brook Forest students. Lead organizer recruits family volunteers and community partners to decorate their trunks to be displayed at the BF parking lot. Also, coordinates with the school to set up cars for display for the event. | |

| The sale has been an annual fundraiser during the school day where the students can purchase fun Valentine’s Day items! Leads organize this sale, collect donated items to sell, and organize parent volunteers for the day of the sale. | |
| Bike Rodeo | May 2025 |
| The lead organizer coordinates with the police department for this after school bicycle safety event for students who know how to ride a 2 wheel bicycle. The lead organizer will need 4 volunteers to help distribute snacks, check-in students, and to help support the officers wherever needed. | |
| KG Graduation Volunteers | June 2025 |
| Provide support for the kindergarten graduation ceremony and organize/put together the graduation photo keepsakes. | |

| Organize exploremore class options, work with school staff to ensure space is coordinated accordingly. Work with vendors as needed to support activities, solicit volunteers to lead and run activities on exploremore day as well as support staff. Provide support and guidance to volunteers. Coordinate t-shirt sale and special lunch. Manage budget and reimbursement process. | |
