Day Of! Carnival and Raffle Info!

How to Navigate:
🎪Entrance:
Enter through the main Lobby of the school. Please note: this is NOT a drop off event. All kids must be supervised by an adult. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins are all welcome!

đźš—Parking:
● 🚫Do not block driveway or park in driveways. Please be respectful to the neighbors of York Woods and mindful of the street signs.
â—Ź Free Parking is available at Christ Church of Oak Brook (501 Oak Brook Rd).
Shuttle service to and from the school entrance available from 4:45 to 8:30 PM.
*Drop Off Area is allowed at the front entrance – Enter on South end of the driveway on York Rd. Kids must be left with a supervising adult.
â—Ź VIP parking at the BJH parking lot is only permitted for those who purchased the VIP parking pass. The Oak Brook police will help direct
traffic and Volunteers will allow VIP passes into the parking lot.

5 PM Friday Carnival Doors Open! Continue to browse through auction items and place your bids!
7:30 PM Bids close and silent auction ends
7:45 PM Raffle prize winner drawing
8:00 PM Carnival Ends

Ticket Booths located at both the entrance & the gym
CASH Line for cash only purchases
Credit Card Line for cc purchases and preregistered guests (fast purchase) to Ticketing/Auction platform (GiveSmart)

preregistered guest must show receipt on phone off the GiveSmart checkout page

🎟️Advanced ticket holders:
â—Ź All advance ticket purchases are available on-site at the Will-Call table.

• Bidding Closes: Friday, April 25 at 7:30 PM

Get ready to browse and bid on an exciting array of items and experiences! Remember, you don’t need to attend the Carnival to participate in the Silent Auction —we ensured there is something for everyone!

• Some auction items will be at the Carnival for pickup. For all the winning bidders, please see Auction Check-out to claim your item. If you are not present, the auction committee will contact you.

RAFFLE at the carnival:
• In-Person Ticket Sales: Available during the Carnival event on Friday, April 25
• Winners Announced: Friday, April 25 at 7:45 PM
