Welcome Committee to Support New Parents

The PTO will be starting a new initiative this year called the “Welcome Committee”!
This will be a parent-to-parent support program where we match up new incoming families with a parent already in the district!

We need volunteers for our PTO “WELCOME COMMITTEE”!

  • We need parents of students from each grade level to help our new incoming D53 parents!
  • We need your invaluable experience, guidance, and advice to help new families navigate D53.
  • Great opportunity to be a resource and mentor to the 2021-2022 new families!

We welcome our new families!
The PTO “Welcome Committee” wants to connect with our new families to offer tips, guidance, and advice on navigating District 53!

If you’re interested in volunteering or would like to be paired with a parent who has a student in the same grade, please click here to submit a google form.
